360clean Named a 2020 Top Franchise for Veterans by Franchise Business Review
Independent Research Data Shows Veteran Franchise Owners Are Highly Satisfied with 360clean’s Performance Through Pandemic
Charleston, SC, November 2020 – 360clean was identified by independent research firm, Franchise Business Review, as being one of just 80 franchise brands to be named an award-winning franchise in its 2020 report on the Top Franchises for Veterans.
360clean was built by a family that is focused on helping other families achieve their same dream of business ownership. 360clean has come a long way since it was founded as a part-time janitorial service company in 2005 by Barry Bodiford and Allison Bodiford, a full-time pharmaceutical industry employee at the time of the company’s beginning. When the company was incorporated in 2005, 360clean employed only a half-dozen employees and serviced 3 customers. Today, that startup corporation is the innovative leader of the janitorial service industry and services customers in various markets throughout the United States with the goal of being nationwide in the upcoming years.
Franchise Business Review, a market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only ranking of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes rankings of the top franchises in its annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises, as well as guides throughout the year ranking the top franchises in specific sectors.
To identify the companies on the list of the best franchises for veterans, Franchise Business Review analyzed data from over 2,500 franchise owners, representing more than 240 brands regarding their overall satisfaction with their brands and their likelihood to recommend them to others. 360clean franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including training & support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.
“The reality is that two-thirds of the thousands of franchise opportunities available today are simply average or below average opportunities,” said Eric Stites, founder and CEO of Franchise Business Review. “That’s the whole reason we do what we do. Franchise Business Review is like the Consumer Reports of the franchise world. We help prospective small business owners understand which franchises are the best opportunities—based on the actual experiences and satisfaction of other franchise owners. The 80 companies named in this year’s report received the highest ratings from the veterans who own them on our independent satisfaction survey.”
“I personally know so many small business owners who are scrambling to stay afloat this year,” said Franchise Business Review President Michelle Rowan. “But the best franchise companies – like those on this year’s list of the Top Franchises for Veterans – really stepped up support for their franchisees and helped them navigate through all the challenges of 2020. The beauty of owning a franchise is “you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself.”
