About Turn90
Working with men at the highest risk of re-arrest, Turn90 combines cognitive behavioral classes, case management, transitional work, and job placement to create an opportunity for success after prison where one doesn’t currently exist. The Turn90 program offers an evidence-informed model that is reducing prison reentry rates by two-thirds. Every graduate of this program is placed in a job with competitve wages, benefits, and potential for advancement.
Our Involvement
Inspired by their mission, the 360clean support center decided to partake in an afternoon at the Turn90 facility to learn more about who they are and where they are headed. Through this opportunity we were able to tour the facility getting a behind the scenes view of their print shop, and particpated in a brief segment of their daily class time. Through cognitive behavioral classes they are able to teach these men life skills that will be a foundation for their success and growth and we were thrilled to sit in on this to better understand their experience here. Outside of the classroom the men work on-site transactional work in the Turn90 Print Shop where they create 100’s-1,000’s of hand pressed t-shirts daily offering them work experience and skills necessary for future growth.
Through this partnership, our goal is to spread awareness of the wonderful things happening at Turn90 and support their growing success.
