A: 360clean‘s Support Center provides industry leading support and an initial training program that prepares your business for a successful launch.
The program provides training in 360clean‘s specialized approach to janitorial services, sales and marketing, business management and industry specific training.
The classroom training includes open discussions, hands on training, multiple manuals and video presentations. 360clean also offers a web-based training program that allows great resources for new and existing franchisees. Additionally, the training includes pre-opening instructions for the proper steps in establishing a franchisee’s business and structure.
360clean supports franchisees on an ongoing basis by providing business development and technical support through local visits, phone conferences, webinars and our annual franchise conference.
The Support Center also provides Franchisees with complete customer invoicing and a centralized customer support program.
This is a very thorough program that normally occurs within 30-45 days or sooner of you signing your franchise agreement.

During our initial phone meeting you will have the chance to gain an overview of the franchise opportunity and to be part of an open change of questions and answers by all parties.
This involves a scheduled visit with your local regional developer or a member of our support team. This visit is your hands-on opportunity to ask additional questions and discuss the timing of your training and start-up plans.
At this point we will review with you plans for the adequate funding of opening of the franchise, including franchise fee, start-up capital and funding initial cash flow requirements. You will be reviewing our Franchise Disclosure Document and completing the application process, which includes the opportunity for you to speak with existing 360clean franchise owners.
Step 4 – Onboarding Process & Training
If both sides decide to move forward we then prepare the Franchise Agreement for your signature, making you an official business and franchise owner. An intensive training program is scheduled for you to attend and complete a training regimen that includes all components related to the business and our industry.
Step 5 – Launch Business
This is an exciting time! We will have equipped and trained you to begin developing your new business.
