Before 360clean, he spent more than two decades in facilities management, where he saw firsthand how often janitorial vendors struggled to reliably deliver on their contracts and became convinced there had to be a better way.

That experience is exactly why he started 360clean of Columbia. Joel is active in the local business community through a networking group and chamber of commerce involvement.
