360clean Named a Top Franchise for Women by Franchise Business Review
Independent Survey Shows Female Franchise Owners Are Highly Satisfied with 360clean’s Performance
March 2021 – 360clean was recently named a top franchise by Franchise Business Review in its 2021 report on the Top Franchises for Women.
360clean was built by a family that is focused on helping other families achieve their same dream of business ownership. 360clean has come a long way since it was founded as a part-time janitorial service company in 2005 by Barry Bodiford and Allison Bodiford, a full-time pharmaceutical industry employee at the time of the company’s beginning. When the company was incorporated in 2005, 360clean employed only a half-dozen employees and serviced 3 customers. Today, that start-up corporation is the innovative leader of the janitorial service industry and services customers in various markets throughout the United States with the goal of being nationwide in the upcoming years.
Franchise Business Review, a franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only rankings of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes its rankings of top franchises in its annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises, as well as in quarterly reports throughout the year that rank the top franchises in specific sectors.
360clean was among 289 franchise brands, representing 8,453 female franchise owners, that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research on the Top Franchises for Women. 360clean franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training & support, financial opportunity, and work/life balance.
“Franchising provides many options to women seeking business ownership on a full- or part-time basis,” says Michelle Rowan, President and COO of Franchise Business Review. “The number of franchise opportunities available can be overwhelming, so it’s critical to examine feedback from other female franchise owners on how well the franchise meets their expectations in terms of support, work/life balance, financial opportunity, and other key areas of business ownership. When you look at the brands on this year’s list of the top franchises for women, a whopping 88% of women said they enjoyed owning and operating their own business, making them all excellent options for women looking to make the transition to owning and operating their own business.”
“Women have many great characteristics when it comes to research, time, and investment for business ownership. It’s an honor to see that 360clean was chosen as a Top Franchise for Women, showing that the women in our system love and chose the right opportunity for them,” say Lisa Morgan, Director of Marketing of 360clean. “Women also love supporting other women, so when joining a franchise like 360clean, you invest into a support system and network of other women and business owners alike.”
