360clean Named to Franchise Business Review’s Culture100 List
Independent Research Identifies the Top 100 Franchise Brands with the Best Culture Based on Surveys of Over 27,000 Franchise Owners
Charleston, SC, September 2020 – 360clean was recently named to Franchise Business Review’s first annual “Culture100” list. The list recognizes the top 100 franchise brands in a 2020 report on the Best Franchise Cultures.
360clean was built by a family that is focused on helping other families achieve their same dream of business ownership. 360clean has come a long way since it was founded as a part-time janitorial service company in 2005 by Barry Bodiford and Allison Bodiford, a full-time pharmaceutical industry employee at the time of the company’s beginning. When the company was incorporated in 2005, 360clean employed only a half-dozen employees and serviced 3 customers. Today, that start-up corporation is the innovative leader of the janitorial service industry and services customers in various markets throughout the United States with the goal of being nationwide in the upcoming years.
Franchise Business Review, a franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only rankings of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes its rankings of top franchises in its annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises, as well as in special interest reports throughout the year that identify the top franchises in specific sectors.
360clean was among over 300 franchise brands, representing over 27,000 franchise owners, that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research on the best franchise cultures. 360clean franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training & support, the franchisee community, and work/life balance.
“Many franchise organizations ‘talk the talk’ when it comes to culture, but it’s clear that they don’t all ‘walk the walk’,” said Eric Stites, CEO of Franchise Business Review. “A strong culture doesn’t just happen within a company—it has to be designed, built, and constantly maintained. The franchise companies that have the honor of being named to our first-annual Culture100 list are clearly among the best of the best franchises in the business.”
“I believe there are many things that make 360clean great, but the two most important things of our system are our Franchise Owners and Our Culture,” says Brent Bodiford, COO at 360clean. “Barry and Allison Bodiford have created a family focused atmosphere that is unique to the traditional cleaning franchise industry. I’ve never been around leaders or a community that has such a strong culture like 360clean. I am a firm believer that culture can’t be established overnight; there has to be a consistent focus on it with everyone involved. We have leaders who not only engrain their vision and culture into their employees, but also live it day in and day out. I’m proud to be part of the 360fam and our goal to grow our culture over numbers. It’s an honor to have our culture recognized by FBR.”
